We are two chefs living on 2.5 acres in Upstate NY, slowly building the life we’ve always dreamed of — growing food, raising animals, experimenting with new ideas, and cooking in a way that feels connected to the earth again. Our love of food brought us together, and the deeper we dive into cooking, the more we discover how much joy lives in slow processes, old techniques, and ingredients grown right here in our own community.
